Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange unless the product is defective.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for return. The order number and return reason are required. Please email orders@betaglucanpowder.co.uk before posting returns.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within a specified timeframe. Sale items receive refunds at the sale price. Postage is non-refundable unless the product was defective.

If a refund hasn't arrived, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company (processing takes time), then your bank. For further inquiries email orders@betaglucanpowder.co.uk.

Exchanges

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email orders@betaglucanpowder.co.uk to arrange exchanges.

Shipping Returns

Returns should be shipped to: Atomic Health Ltd, Watling House, Watling Street, Grendon, Warwickshire, CV9 2PZ.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective; these costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items of value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
