Payments
Online orders can be placed using our secure shopping cart — click "Add to basket" on the product pages. For telephone orders, call us with a debit/credit card, or request a payment link be emailed to you quoting your order number. We take all major credit and debit cards and do not store your card details.
Prices
Our prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Customers are responsible for paying import taxes and duties when goods arrive in their country, and for ensuring any products ordered are legally allowed into their country.
Delivery
Delivery costs are calculated in the shopping basket and shown before you enter any personal details. We aim to despatch orders as soon as possible; please allow up to 3 working days during busy periods. UK mainland delivery is charged using Royal Mail weight tables — orders up to 2kg are normally sent by Royal Mail, over 2kg by courier.
Scottish Highlands postcodes (IV, KA27–28, KW, PA20–88, PH19–44, PH49–50) and international destinations not listed at checkout should request a shipping quotation.
Incorrect Addresses
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If the wrong address is entered and goods are delivered there, we will not issue a refund or send replacement goods. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order minus the original postage (for free-delivery orders of £50+, this is a charge of £3.60 for tracked 48). Please contact us immediately if you spot a mistake and the order has not yet shipped.
Items Returned Due to Non-Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect from a delivery card, you will be responsible for the delivery costs incurred; we will refund the goods minus shipping costs.
Restricted Access
Please inform us of any restrictions affecting delivery access — steps, narrow lanes, security gates, or similar. We cannot accept claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery where we were not made aware of access restrictions in advance; the customer is liable for carriage charges if an item is refused or cancelled for this reason.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind and return goods at your own cost, in original packaging and unused. Before returning goods, notify us by email at orders@betaglucanpowder.co.uk and we'll advise how and where to send them.
If products arrive damaged, please sign for them as damaged with the courier and notify us in writing immediately, with photographic evidence of the damaged item and its packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge a handling fee for items returned without authorisation or in unsaleable condition. Free items cannot be exchanged, outgoing postage is non-refundable (a £3.60 charge applies for free-delivery orders of £50+), and we reserve the right to charge postage for re-delivery.

We reserve the right to change product specifications and prices without notice. While every effort is made to keep information accurate and up to date, we cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions on the website or in printed material.
Product Guarantees
We aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction and will endeavour to resolve any issues with products listed on our site — please contact us if you have a problem. We reserve the right to refuse goods that have been used inappropriately, abused, or mistreated. Guarantees are valid only for the original buyer with proof of purchase and do not apply to goods passed on to third parties.
Disclaimer
We take precautions to ensure this website is virus-free and accept no liability for viruses arising from its use. Stock availability is not published on the website; if you order goods that are out of stock we will email you with the option to wait or cancel for a full refund. If a price is shown incorrectly, we reserve the right to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price, or to cancel the order for a full refund — we are not obliged to supply goods at incorrect prices.
While we supply products acknowledged and endorsed by medical professionals, we make no claim that any product will prevent or cure any specific condition or ailment. Under UK law, only a physician may treat illness and disease with a medical origin; the information on our website is for information purposes only.
